Annual Meeting of Members

The Ontario Eventing Association's Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) is the final board meeting of the year and is open to all OEA members. The meeting includes a recap of the year, opportunities for the next year, and the Annual Awards presentation.

Registration will be available near the end of the season.

2024 AMM

Tentative schedule:

10:30 – 11:30                Registration

11:30 – 12:45                Annual Meeting of Members

12:45 – 2:30                 LUNCH and Annual Awards Ceremony

 

Directions to the Royal Winter Fair

 

For anyone new to the Royal, if you’re driving, you will be there early enough on Saturday morning that there should still be ample parking underneath the Enercare Centre.  If you plan to come on public transport, we’ve put together the following guide to help you navigate downtown Toronto.

 

GO Train (Bus options also available)

·     Most stations have free parking

·     Children under 12 are free

·     $10 One-Day Unlimited Pass on weekends

From Union Station:

·     Lakeshore West GO Train one stop west to Exhibition Place (fastest and easiest)

·     $4.40 each way

·     509 streetcar to Spadina Avenue

·     Walk NORTH on Spadina Avenue to Fort York Blvd to transfer to 510 replacement bus on west side of Spadina Avenue

·     Get off at MANITOBA DRIVE
